is recognized internationally as an accomplished portrait photographer with studios located in both Northern California and Atlanta, Georgia. A gifted professional with a unique talent for capturing the innocence and trust that lies within the heart of every individual has earned her the respect and recognition of her colleagues for more then a decade. Judy has that rare ability to create a special rapport with her clients that ultimately tells a story or reflects a feeling in that one-of-a-kind portrait. Her skill to paint within natural light and to attend to the smallest detail of the composition is a trait that explains why many times her portraits are mistaken for paintings. As with other cherished memories, your appreciation and enjoyment of your portrait will grow with each passing year.
Judy, who has won numerous awards for her photography, has been featured in several publications for her outstanding environmental portraiture. In 2004, she was featured in Rangefinder magazine as one of “Today’s Top Children’s photographers.” Her work has been selected for National Exhibition by the Professional Photographers of America from whom she has received a Masters and Craftsmen degree. In 1999, Judy received her first of three Kodak Gallery awards. This award is given to those photographers who excel in creativity and the pursuit of excellence in quality. In the year 2000, she received the second award and in 2002, the third award for Kodak’s Electronic Imaging. Many of her images have been exhibited at Epcot Center and are part of a traveling loan collection.

She has photographed for Jack Nicholson, Pierce Brosnan, Nicole Kidman, Mehki Phifer, William H. Macy, Felicity Huffman, Mark Wahberg and many more. Judy is also the first photographer to have photographed at a private viewing dinner hosted by In Style and Warner Bros, an event she has photographed now for the last five years. In addition, her images were featured as the centerpiece of the party’s decor. Other clients include two private sector groups wishing to solve poverty in the world. These projects took her to Africa to photograph the presidents of both Uganda and Rwanda and several orphanages in both countries. She also traveled to Sri Lanka, India, and Thailand to document the progress of the Tsunami survivors one year later. Judy teaches a series of workshops on the “Art of Natural Lighting” and “Creating your own style” throughout the year. She will be introducing a new series of workshops called “PhotoShop Design for Photographers.”
